StudioTuriya was created from a simple realization — modern life constantly pulls people away from themselves. Stress, emotional overwhelm, mental fatigue, and the pressure to always keep going slowly disconnect the mind, body, and energy from their natural state of balance.
What began as a personal journey into meditation, self-awareness, energy healing, and inner work gradually evolved into a deeper understanding of how emotional states, nervous system regulation, breath, and energy are all deeply interconnected.
StudioTuriya was founded as a grounded and conscious healing space for people seeking clarity, calmness, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with themselves. Rather than approaching healing as something mystical or performative, the philosophy of StudioTuriya is rooted in awareness, presence, and sustainable inner alignment.
Through practices such as meditation, kundalini yoga, reiki healing, breath work, and mindful emotional support, StudioTuriya aims to help individuals manage stress, restore energetic balance, regulate the nervous system, and create a more conscious relationship with their inner world.
At its core, StudioTuriya is about creating space —space to slow down, reconnect, heal gently, and return to a more balanced and aware way of living.

My Healing Journey: From Anxiety to Awareness
For many years, life felt emotionally overwhelming. I struggled with anxiety, uncertainty, emotional impulsiveness, and an ongoing sense of inner turbulence that often left me feeling disconnected from myself. There came a point where I realized that continuing to live in survival mode was slowly taking away my sense of peace, balance, and clarity.
My healing journey began with learning the importance of creating healthy boundaries, protecting my mental space, and becoming more conscious of the environments and relationships that influenced my emotional well-being. Slowly, I began exploring practices such as meditation, breath awareness, mindfulness, energy healing, and inner reflection.
The transformation did not happen overnight. It required patience, consistency, self-awareness, and the willingness to face uncomfortable emotions with compassion rather than resistance. Over time, I began to experience moments of stillness, emotional balance, clarity, and a deeper connection with myself that I had been missing for years.
This journey eventually inspired the creation of StudioTuriya — a calm and mindful healing space designed to support others who may be experiencing emotional overwhelm, stress, anxiety, or a longing for inner balance. The intention behind StudioTuriya is not to offer perfection, but to create a grounded and supportive environment where healing, awareness, and self-discovery can unfold gently and authentically.
I believe healing begins the moment we give ourselves permission to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with who we truly are beneath the noise of everyday life.
